Our Review
The Reflex is the honest starter bat in Easton's USA line. It uses ALX100 alloy, the same grade found in the mid-tier Tango BBCOR, but in a slimmer 2 1/2" barrel and at a -12 drop so a 7-to-10-year-old can swing a 28" or 29" bat without the barrel dragging. A concave end cap and a 2.2mm Flex grip complete a very simple, very durable package in 26" through 30". What you get is bat speed and durability; what you give up is barrel size and mass, so it hits like a light bat and it should. We scored the 2025 Reflex at 6.0 and the 2027 description matches that build, so it carries as a first pass. For a rec-league player in their first couple of seasons of kid pitch it's a sensible $100, and it will still be intact for a younger sibling.
